2020 - the year we broke ground
Building & Growing
Like many of us the world over, Mark had little choice when the events of 2020 evaporated his work. The tourist season was over as soon as it began. Mark decided to go back to his roots - farming. Originally from Grange Hill, Mark's family has grown sugar cane & tropical produce for a few generations.
A Rasta friend told him about a rocky hilltop in the hills of Negril that no-one was interested in cultivating. He loved the spot, and, as a former athlete, challenged himself to reshape the mountain of rock into an eco-tourism destination.
The local farmer's association supported his vision, and Mark broke ground in April 2020.
